We had a great experience with Will Tierney. He was quick to respond and check out our plumbing situation. He explained clearly the issue and was able to make a smart modification that solved our flushing issue. How the plumbing was originally built (by someone else) was not set up to drain properly and Will was able to make a change with pipes under our house which solved the problem . He was fast and reasonably priced. Thank you Will!
These guys are tops. Speedy service, diagnosis, repair, installation & solid pricing.
Will has been such a pleasure to work with. Whatever the need that we have had, he's been there and remedied the issue perfectly!

Will consulted w/us on a major whole house plumbing project. His guidance allowed us to totally revise a combined bath/laundry into two separate spaces and add @ 1/2 bath w/in guest suite. It was a large project which was completed w/in a reasonable time frame. It was worth every cent! Thanks, Will. The Holbrooks
I've ask Will to clean two of my vented heaters and one required some additional work. All work completed as described and on time. Glad to recommend and will use again in the future.

Tierney Building Services expanded our existing 20 year old kitchen plumbing (drain, vent & fixtures) to support out kitchen remodel and addition of a center island work station. The center work station included a cocktail sink. Part of the project work required working in a less than ideal crawl space. Tierney Building Services proposed a creative simple alternative piping solution to a particular tough less than desirable installation. Tierney Buildering Services took the time to survey and understand the entire home drain and vent system and install a very simple functional piping arrangement. Tierney Building Services personnel were always accessible and responsive to any questions through out the project.

We’ve used Will Tierney for all kinds of projects around our old house…from installing our washer, dryer, and dishwasher to replacing our attic floor and handling an emergency plumbing repair. He’s never afraid to tackle the surprises that come with an old house ( and we’ve had a lot 😳😂). We highly recommend him for just about any job!
Tierney Building Services put on a new roof for me in the spring of ‘26. I worked with Will on the color and type of shingle. I have a lot of wind exposure and that needed to be considered. We talked about any problems that may occur and moved forward. I couldn’t be happier with the results . I have a beautiful new roof and the crew cleaned up daily, whether stripping the old or putting up the new. Great Job!
